Announcement of 2025-26 Semester 2 Assessment Results

Dear Students,

Please be informed that the 2025-26 Semester 2 Assessment Results have been finalised by the Academic Board on 29 May 2026. The latest Academic Report have been posted to your student portal. Please note that your study progression report has been updated too.

To access your student portal, please click here or, enter "https://portal.gcc.edu.hk" in your browser's address bar. Alternatively, you can access it via the Registry website under "Current Student" section.

For students who have failed any course, you may be required to Retake or Reassess the failed courses. Further details regarding these arrangements will be sent to your email shortly. In general, the reassessment will be arranged within a month.

If you disagree with the awarded assessment results, you may file an appeal within 10 working days. Please refer to Paragraph 5.8 of the Student Handbook for details. Late application of appeal will not be processed.

Additionally, some students who have earned sufficient credits to graduate will be notified by the Registry when the Graduation Documents are ready for collection. In general, they will be ready within a month from the date of result announcement.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Registry.

 

PS: Assessment Results posted in the Moodle System are superseded by data published in the latest Academic Report.

 

致學生的公告

謹此通知,2025-26 學年第2學期的評核結果已由學術委員會最終確定,最新的學術報告已上載至學生入門網站。您的學業進度報告已更新。

請點擊此處進入學生入門網站,或在瀏覽器的地址欄中輸入網址 "https://portal.gcc.edu.hk"。此外,也可通過教務處網站的「在校生」部分進入。

若您有任何課程未能通過,可能需要重修或重新評核未通過的課程。相關安排的詳情將很快通過電子郵件通知您。

若您對已獲評核結果有異議,可在10個工作天內提交申訴。詳情請參閱《學生手冊》第 5.8 段。逾期提交的申訴將不予受理。

此外,部分已取得足夠學分畢業的學生將在畢業文件準備好後收到教務處的通知。

Student Helpers for 大學路多元升學展2026 (20 June 2026)

Dear Students,

The Development and Communication Office (DCO) is recruiting energetic students who have a strong sense of belonging to serve as student helpers in the following events. Should you be interested to help, please take immediate action. Don't miss the chance for self-development and to serve the college.  

Guidelines for Application:

1. Please login with your College EID before filling out the application form.

2. Applicants would be notified with their application results via email.

3. Successful applicants are required to attend a short briefing session before the event.

4. Selection will be made on a first-come first-served basis in case of many applications.

大學路多元升學展2026  (20 June 2026)

Date:      20 June 2026 (Saturday) 

Time:     10:30 am - 4:30 pm 

Venue:   7/F , Cordis Hotel, 555 Shanghai Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
             (Exit C3, MTR Mongkok Station)
             香港九龍旺角上海街555號康得思酒店 7 樓 ( 港鐵旺角站C3出口 )

Service Details:

Duties: 

Venue setup, promoting GCC programmes and events to students and visitors, handling visitors' enquiries, assisting applicants on admission applications, move-in and move-out support, etc. This is a good opportunity for you to communicate with various levels of participants and train up your customer service skills as well as to learn more other skills  outside the college.

Hourly Rate: $50

*For those who choose both sessions on the same day, one-hour lunch time will be included.

Number of student helpers needed: Around 2 - 3
