[IMPORTANT] Adverse Weather Arrangements 惡劣天氣安排 2025-09-08 Monday

Dear Students,

According to the latest announcement by the Hong Kong Observatory, the Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 (Warning Signal) will be issued at 9:20 p.m. tonight. It will remain in force at least until 11 a.m. tomorrow (8 September 2025, Monday) morning. As per the "Adverse Weather Arrangements" stipulated in Page 37 of the Student Handbook, the following class arrangements should be followed:

For Morning Classes 

Warning signal is in effect at or after 7:00 am

All morning classes will be cancelled

For Afternoon Classes 

Warning Signal is in effect at or after 12:30 pm

All afternoon classes will be cancelled

For Evening Classes

Warning Signal is in effect at or after 4:00 pm

All evening classes will be cancelled

 

The affected classes will be cancelled. You are advised to pay attention to the latest announcement by the Hong Kong Observatory and make necessary arrangement accordingly.

 

親愛的同學們：

根據香港天文台最新公佈，今晚晚上 9 時 20 分將發出八號烈風或暴風信號（以下簡稱「警告信號」），該信號至少會維持至明日（2025 年 9 月 8 日，星期一）上午 11 時。依據《學生手冊》第 37 頁所訂明的「惡劣天氣安排」，須遵守以下課堂安排事項：

上午課堂: 若警告信號在上午 7 時或之後仍然生效，所有上午課堂將會取消。

下午課堂: 若警告信號在下午 12 時 30 分或之後仍然生效，所有下午課堂將會取消。

晚上課堂: 若警告信號在下午 4 時或之後仍然生效，所有晚上課堂將會取消。

 

受上述警告信號影響的課堂均會取消。建議同學們留意香港天文台的最新公佈，並據此作出必要安排。
