[In-house service] Packing of Promotion Materials
Service Unit: Special Project (Development and Communications Office)
Date: 30 Apr 2018(Monday) and 2 May 2018(Wednesday)
Time: Flexible (within 09:00 - 18:00 and exclude 12:00-13:00)
Duty: To prepare materials for the coming Education Expo
How?
Step 1. Go to G/F Office and find Ian to sign-in.
Step 2. Start your work in ITSO.
Step 3. Find Ian again to sign-out when you finish.
Volunteers from Year 2 & 3 are also welcomed. We will update this post when we meet our target number of packings.
