Dear All,
It has been a hectic semester for all of us. Thanks to the excellent cooperation of all of you, the prevalence rate of COVID-19 in our College was within the norm of the HK community. Similar to people all over the world, we have our way to fight against the virus while minimise the interruption to our very way of life, in particular, our Teaching and Learning.
As the effect of the 5th wave of COVID-19 is getting relatively less worrying now, it is time to strategise our Teaching and Learning Activities again please. Please be informed that the College has decided to resume on-campus face-to-face Teaching and Learning from 3rd May 2022 (Tuesday). All classes will be conducted on-campus in face-to-face mode. Please refer to the following messages for details of arrangement:
A valid Vaccine Pass is required. The College will be using the LeaveHomeSafe apps as the only mean of validation. All visitors are required to validate the vaccine pass before entering the campus. Please have your vaccination records uploaded to the LeaveHomeSafe app before accessing the campus.
For those who are deemed not suitable for vaccination, the following must be ready before accessing the campus:
- possess a valid legitimate exemption letter
- a negative RAT result on the day of access (please note that we will not provide any RAT kit.)
For those who are not able to physically attend the classes in Hong Kong, please write to the Registry with necessary supporting documents. Online access to the lecturers may be granted on a case by case basis.
