The Moodle system stopped working at around 10:00am. It is back online at around 11:25am.
The outage was caused by unscheduled service updates in 3 of the servers in our LXD Container Cluster. As a result, the servers refused to talk to each other and all the services hung!
We will change the configuration of the concerned servers so that unscheduled service update will be prohibited.
