Background
UNOSSC 2nd Entrepreneurial Academy coorganised by UNOSSC and BSSI, School of Business, GCC was held on 5th and 6th, December, 2020.
“The second cohort for 2020 to be convened in October will focus on Sports and Entrepreneurship. Sports are not only beneficial to our physical health; they also contribute to our mental health. Research has shown that physical activities can help prevent and manage mental health problems.”

Service Offered by School of Business
School of Business sponsors a sport mirror. It is an interactive device that can instruct you to do different kinds of exercises such as boxing, yoga, cardio & strength and etc. The mirror is placed in the ITSO office.
Duration of Service Offered
From 16 December 2020 (Wednesday) to 6 January 2021 (Wednesday), GCC colleagues are welcome to try the sport mirror at the following time slot:

Note:
To maintain social distancing during the pandemic, one participant (maximum of 20 minutes using the sport mirror) is allowed each time during the time slot of each day (i.e. maximum 3 participants for 1 hour each day).
Optional (Attempt Questionnaire for Research Purpose)
To help us understand the effects of the mirror on participants’ well-being, we encourage you to participate in a research by filling in a questionnaire before and after the exercise. Please scan the QR codes displayed beside the mirror for the questionnaires.
