Dear Fellow Students,
A warm welcome to all our new students joining the Gratia family, and welcome back to all returning Gratians as we begin another exciting academic year!
As we step into 2026/27, we have much to celebrate and look forward to. We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Mei Foo Library! Designed to foster collaborative learning, research, and quiet study, this new facility expands our academic resources and provides an enhanced environment to support your educational journey. Praise the Lord for His continued provision and blessings upon our College community.
We are also deeply thankful to share that our Bachelor of Christian Ministry Programme has been recommended for full accreditation status by the Asia Theological Association (ATA) following their recent exercise. This milestone reflects the dedication of our faculty, staff, and students, and it highlights our ongoing commitment to academic excellence and institutional growth.
Looking ahead, we invite you all to participate actively in this year’s College Assemblies. For the 2026/27 academic year, our assemblies will centre around the theme “Follow C.H.R.I.S.T.”. Held regularly throughout the semester, these assemblies will feature inspiring guest speakers who will share valuable insights and life wisdom, encouraging each of us to grow both academically and spiritually.
To ensure a smooth and successful year, we encourage all students to monitor their academic progress via the student portal actively. Take time to review your study plan, familiarise yourself with Moodle, and develop effective learning habits early on. Should you need technical or administrative assistance, the Registry and ITSO teams are always here to help. Also, remember to check your College email and notice boards regularly to stay informed about important announcements and student resources.
As part of the Gratian community, never hesitate to reach out when you need guidance or support. Your course lecturers, mentors, programme directors, and school heads are always ready to walk alongside you, and our student counselling services are readily available whenever needed.
Since May 2019, our quarterly College Updates from Management have helped keep you informed, connected, and valued within our community. We look forward to sharing more exciting updates with you throughout the coming year.
