The Course Add/Drop/Exemption forms have been opened since 20 December 2025. These will be closed at 12 PM noon of the coming Saturday 17 January 2026.
Please check your enrollments on Moodle. If the courses you are taking is not in order, you are kindly reminded to reach out to the Registry, and/or make appropriate use of the Course Add/Drop/Exemption forms, found on the Registry website under the menu bar for "Current Students":

In courses with limited spaces, Course Add forms will be processed on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS, based on the the time of form submission.
Course Exemption applications that are not paid for past the end of the Add/Drop/Exemption period WILL NOT BE processed.
