According to the latest forecast by the Hong Kong Observatory, Ragasa is expected to seriously affect Hong Kong.
Class Cancellations:
- Tuesday, 23 Sept 2025: All classes are cancelled.
- Wednesday, 24 Sept 2025: Classes are likely to be cancelled if the strom’s influence remains strong, as currently forecast. The “Adverse Weather Arrangement” stiplulated in the Student Handbook should be reference. A final decision will be confirmed tomorrow.
The HKO forecasts that the No. 8 Gale or Storm Signal will behoisted tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon.
