The "Here We Are" conference aims to bring together a distinguished gathering of international scholars, local experts, and practitioners in diverse range to come together to understand the current youth portrait and rethink the direction of youth work: continuously listening, understanding and accompanying youth in envisioning the future amid challenging situations. The conference delves into crucial topics such as "mental health" and "career development." Through insightful discussions and collaborative exploration, we will collectively address the question of how we can cultivate and nurture the youth nowadays. Furthermore, this conference seeks to create an environment where individuals come together, shoulder responsibilities, and mutually empower one another, enabling young people to construct a holistic sense of self and pursue a meaningful life.
The conference will be divided into three sessions. The keynote session, "Here, we nurture Youth as Relational Being," will explore the development of youth from a "relational-based" perspective.
The plenary sessions will facilitate a deeper understanding of “relational-based” perspective through the practice of "mental health" and "career development."
