The VDI vendor has resolved their issue regarding the upgrade of VDI system to version 5.5.6. The system upgrade will be carried out as per the schedule below:
Date: 20th March 2024 (Wednesday)
Time: 9:00pm
Expected Completion Time: 11:00pm
Please note that all VDI service will not be available during the system upgrade. You are requested to shutdown the VM on or before the above schedule. Any running VM will be forced shutdown after 9:00pm.
You will be notified as soon as the system upgrade is completed.
