As part of the continuous system improvement plan, the existing VDI servers have been scheduled for replacement. Two of the Three VDI servers have been replaced. The last existing VDI server is scheduled to be replaced in the evening of 7 Feb 2024.
The VDI service will not be available from 8:00pm 7 Feb 2024. Please shutdown your VM on or before the scheduled time. All running VM will be forced shutdown if required. It will take around 12 hours to complete the job. Although the VDI service should be back online at 8:00am 8 Feb 2024, some of the VM files may need to be sychronised among the new servers. As a result, the performance of the VDI service may be degraded for a few hours. Your patient will be much appreciated.
You will be notified as soon as the job is completed.
