Please be informed that the unscheduled maintenance was completed. One of the existing VDI servers has been replaced with a new one. It took almost 2 days to have all files synchronised. The performance of the VDI services should be much smoother and stable now.
FYI, the last exsiting VDI servers will be replaced soon. The proposed time is 7 Feb 2024 after 8:00pm. You will be notified as soon as the maintenance schedule is confirmed.
