Dear students,

Good day.

By now you should be able to access the course Moodle pages of all your enrolled compulsory courses.

Please contact the Registry immediately if you have any issues with the courses you are currently enrolled in.

As for your Elective Courses (whether Major or GE), if you are not enrolled into them already, you will need to fill in the Course Add application form.

*Note: Please refer to your programme's study plan to see if you have to take any elective courses in this coming semester.

The Course Add/Drop/Exemption application forms will be opened at 12:00 noontime on 18 August Friday. They will remain open until the end of Week 2 (16 September Saturday 12:00 noon).

You are allowed to fill in only ONE course per form submission. We will not process forms that have more than one course entered per submission.

As places in each elective course is limited, the course add forms will be processed on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS, based on the the time of form submission. Please plan accordingly.

You may wish to refer to your study progression in your personal student portal for information on what courses you will need to take. You may also please refer to your programme's study plan.

Finally, specifically for Bachelor of Social Work programme students ONLY, regarding Course Add/Drop applications for courses outside of the normal study plan progression of your programme, there will be an important message which will be posted here later in the week. This will not in any way affect elective courses for BSW programmes.

You may find the access to the Course Add/Drop/Exemption forms on the Registry website under the menu bar for "Current Students"
