Dear Students,
If you are sick, including COVID-19, please take the following actions:
- Consult a doctor if necessary, and
- fill out the "Leave of Absence" form, which is available in the Registry website, and
- notify your lecturers, by email, the situation that you are facing.
Since face-to-face is the default teaching and learning option, on-line access to lecture is only available on a case by case basis according to the actual scenario of the course. Your lecturer will decide the following options for you:
- be excused for the lecture. Your attendance record will be marked "absence" and your "Leave of Absence" record will be presented to the lecturer at the end of the course.
- to participate the lecture in Zoom.
Please note that notifying the Registry of your leave of absence does not warrant a pardon of your absence from the lecture. You are strongly advise to keep good communications with your lecturers.
