The HK Observatory has announced that Typhoon No. 8 signal will be hoisted after 12:00pm today. And, the Education Bureau has announced the suspension of all schools today. Therefore, the College Management has decided that all Classes today are to be cancelled. While the College will remain open until then, you are advised not to the College today. Please contact your courses lecturer(s) (via email) for make-up arrangement.
