Kindly please be informed that the success/failure of the add/drop is best seen from your enrollments on Moodle.
Generally, if there is no reason why your application should not succeed, it shall be reflected on Moodle soon.
If however, you find the Moodle hasn't changed since some time after your application, you should approach the Registry to find out why.
