Dear Fellow Students and Colleagues,
As required by the government, the College will require a Vaccine Pass for access to the campus. Starting from 24 February 2022, all people, school staff, persons providing on-campus services, parents and visitors, wishing to enter the campus will be required to have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, except for those who are unfit for vaccination due to medical condition supported by a valid medical exemption certificate.
To streamline the implementation of the access control, the College will adopt the use of the "LeaveHomeSafe" application as the only mean for vaccination record or medical exemption certificate verification. The latest version of the "LeaveHomeSafe" application allows the binding of such information easily.
All people entering the building MUST
- scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" venue QR Code. The QR Code of the Vaccination Record / Medical Exemption Certificate will be displayed on the screen of the smart phone.
- show the QR Code of the Vaccination / Medical Exemption to the QR Code verifier. is a video showing the scanning procedure.
People who fail to pass the verification will not be permitted to enter the building. If you enter the building outside office hours, you are required to complete the above procedures during office hours within the same day.
People who enter the building with a valid Medical Exemption Certificate is required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result:
- Every 3 days from a recognised testing lab of the Community Testing Centre, and
- Every day using a self-test kit
Please refer here for COVID-19 testing information. You are required upload the test result to the College Health Declaration System. Alternatively, you must present the negative test result to our staff on request. Please stay home and notify the Registry if you were tested positive.
As we are still in the shadow of the 5th wave, you are sincerely reminded o stay vigilant, and always set the priority of your personal and group health above everything.
