All sessions of College Assembly in the 1st Semester were completed, your participation was greatly appreciated and as well recorded.
Please note that some of the cases below could not be counted as "Present",
1) You didn't tap your student card at all and informed no staff on that date;
2) You tapped your student card after 12:30 pm (lateness would be marked as absent)
Note: You tapped your student card only once after 12:30pm, without doing so during entrance would be counted as "absent" as well, unless you could prove your attendance before 12:30pm.
To refresh your memory, as stated in the Student Handbook,
"Students are required to attend the College Assemblies and students who are late for more than 30 minutes would be counted as absent. An attendance rate of less than 80% would result in a remark of ‘Attendance Requirement of College Assemblies Not Fulfilled’ putting on the transcript upon graduation."
