Dear All Students,

Welcome all for joining Gratia!

As the Covid-19 pandemic still prevails in Hong Kong, students are reminded to stay vigilant in campus.  To safeguard school areas, and to maintain a Covid-19 free environment for all students, FMO has been implementing ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ access control for those entering the school building since 24 Feb., 2022 with details as follows:

Vaccine Pass Arrangements for Campus Access

  1. All students, staff and visitors are required to have received at least 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine for campus access;
  2. Those who are unfit for Covid-19 vaccinations, a medical proof issued by recognised medical institute is required.

All visitors entering the school area MUST

  1. Scan the ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ venue QR Code, and
  2. Show the QR Code of the Vaccination to the QR Code Verifier;
  3. With the enhanced Vaccine Pass arrangement started from 9 Aug., 2022, persons who are under the category of RED code are NOT allowed to gain access to the campus unless you can provide a formal medical proof of vaccination exemption;
  4. Persons who are under the category of AMBER code are required to surrender a negative rapid antigen test (RAT) result on that day should you wish to gain access to the campus.

All students and staff are highly recommended to get vaccinated to protect yourself, and school fellows.  If you feel unwell in school, please report to FMO or your teacher immediately.  Do not come to school if you have any Covid-19 syndromes or in doubt, and consult a doctor as soon as possible.

Eating and Drinking in School Areas

In order to maintain a Covid-19 free environment in campus,

  1. Students and staff are recommended to MASK up whenever possible in school areas;
  2. You are recommended NOT to eat OR drink DURING classes;
  3. Should you want to eat or drink in school after classes, an appropriate social-distancing of at least 1.5m is strictly required;
  4. While ice and liquid leftover should be emptied to the toilet, solid food leftover should be tightly packed and emptied to the garbage bin to prevent odor issues.

Let us work together, and maintain a clean and Covid-19 free campus!

Thank you for your cooperation!
