Dear student,

This is a reminder of an invitation I sent out earlier in March. For those who have completed the survey, please accept my sincere thanks. If you haven't got time to do so, today is the last day you can participate and enter the lucky draw. Wish you good luck and a stress-free summer ahead!

You are cordially invited to take part in a survey on your experience of doing written coursework in English at GCC. The survey will take you about 10-15 minutes to complete. As a token of appreciation for students who complete the survey on or before 30 April 2021, you can enter our lucky draw by leaving your email address at the end of the survey. Prizes for the lucky draw include:

·         Ipad Wi-Fi 32 GB (1 winner)
·         Apple AirPods (2 winners)

Each eligible student can only enter the lucky draw once. The lucky draw will be held in early May 2021. All lucky draw prices will be drawn randomly by a computer system with 3 GCC staff members as witnesses. Winners will be notified by email in mid-May 2021 and confirmed with your presentation of a valid student card. In case of any disputes, the Research Office of GCC reserves the right of final decision.

Information collected in this survey will be used solely for research purposes and that your personal details will not be disclosed. There is minimal risk involved. Your participation is voluntary, and you are free to withdraw at any time without penalty of any kind. If you have any queries, feel free to contact our research assistant, Mr. Chan, at: Justinchan@gratia.edu.hk or research office of GCC at: researchoffice@gratia.edu.hk

Your input will be very helpful for me and other English teachers to better understand and support your English academic writing. I look forward to your participation. Thank you very much. 🙇
